Selon ce dernier,"Hello Kitty est une jolie petite icône pour jeunes filles et pas quelque chose que des policiers machos voudraient porter sur leurs biceps".<br /><br /><br /><br />Les agents devront suivre leur supérieur, c'est-à-dire circuler toute la journée dans les locaux du commissariat, " Hello Kitty " sur le bras.
